The exhibition vehicle may be set up at the University of Miyazaki (in that case, the conference office will arrange a free bus for the technical tour). The cost includes banners, desks/chairs, interior decoration (including greenery), and cafes for the exhibition hall, but if you require special onsite arrangements, please contact the management office.

It will be held onsite (planned). At this stage, the presentation and lecture will be held onsite at ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki. However, there is a possibility that limited elements of web participation may be incorporated, such as on-demand distribution of some sessions and web participation of chairs and speakers. We will respect your suggestions as much as possible, but please note that we may require adjustments or cannot accommodate your requests.
If you would like to co-sponsor an event, please be sure to enter your third choice for the seminar date and time. Please specify if you plan to co-sponsor with two or more organizations. Please enter the theme name (a tentative idea at the time of application is fine). This information will be used to make decisions regarding event schedule adjustments. The decision on the venue is scheduled to be made around January 2025. The number of venue seats in the prospectus may be subject to slight changes due to operational reasons. The co-sponsored event's theme, title, chairperson, and speakers will be listed in printed materials or on the web as necessary. The chairperson, Kenji Araki (araki.kenji.j4@cc.miyazaki-u.ac.jp), will announce the deadline for submitting published content later. Each organization is responsible for creating flyers. The management office will check the content before printing. On the event day, a desk for flyers will be set up near the registration desk. The management office will order food and beverages (lunch boxes/snacks), equipment, waiting room catering, etc. necessary for the day's operation.
